1. Our core principle
In logistics, client information is competitively sensitive: what you buy from whom, the volumes you work with, the freight rates you pay. This information is part of your business, not ours. We keep only as much as is needed to run your shipment, and only for as long as it is needed.
2. What we collect
- The identity, contact and company details you share during contact and quotation processes
- The cargo, routing, customs and invoicing information required to carry out the shipment
- The information in your CV when you apply for a job
- The server access logs kept automatically by the hosting infrastructure
3. What we do not collect
- No advertising trackers. The site contains no Meta Pixel, ad tag or similar tool. For visit statistics, Google Analytics runs only if you give consent in the cookie banner (details: Cookie Policy).
- No profiling. We do not build segments based on visitor behaviour and we do not do ad targeting.
- No selling of data. Client or visitor information is under no circumstances sold, rented or exchanged with third parties.
- No unnecessary fields. Only the fields needed to get back to you are mandatory in the form.
4. Protection of commercial information
Our clients’ freight rates, supplier lists, product and volume information are treated as trade secrets. This information:
- Is made accessible only to the relevant operations staff
- Is not used in case studies, references or marketing content without written consent
- Is passed on to stakeholders in the shipment chain only to the extent strictly necessary for the job to proceed
5. Security measures
- The site is served entirely over HTTPS
- The
X-Content-Type-Options,X-Frame-Options,Referrer-PolicyandPermissions-Policysecurity headers are applied - Access to operational systems is role-based and logged
- Staff are bound by a confidentiality undertaking
- Data processing agreements are signed with service providers
No technical measure provides absolute security; if a breach is detected, the Board and the affected persons are notified within the period prescribed by the legislation.
